InezReece was born from a deep well of legacy and love — named in honor of Inez Bowman and Betty Reece Berry, two women whose lives embodied the quiet strength of service, community, and faith. Founded by Dr. Lee Berry III and Iesha Berry, InezReece brings together decades of executive leadership, ordained ministry, and a shared passion for discipleship to create spaces where people grow, belong, and become.
Iesha Berry
Iesha Berry is a human resources executive with over 25 years of experience across pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance, professional services, and technology. Her career has been marked by a relentless commitment to building cultures where people belong, grow, and thrive.
A Chicago native with a heart for discipleship, Iesha's greatest passion is walking alongside women as they step into the fullness of who God created them to be. She co-leads the prayer team for a local church campus for which they faithfully worship and serve in Prosper, TX.

Dr. Leroy Berry III brings over 30 years of executive leadership spanning pharmaceutical, technology, consumer goods, healthcare, and financial services. As an ordained minister, he integrates the authority of the pulpit with the precision of the boardroom — speaking to matters of integrity, leadership, and purpose with rare credibility and depth.
A proud native of Detroit, Leroy is passionate about equipping men to lead well — in ministry, marriage, and marketplace. He is a devoted husband, father of three daughters, and a man whose life is a testimony to what it means to pursue excellence in every arena.
